My trash was missed today, what do I do?

We are so sorry we missed you! Our drivers collect garbage from 6am-4pm on weekdays. Some days our drivers take a different route, have mechanical issues, or are later than normal for various reasons. Please be patient with us as we are doing our best to collect your garbage! However, if your trash was not collected within the previous window, please give us a call and we will send a driver!

What day is my collection day?

Please refer to the color coordinated key at the bottom of the route map to locate your garbage day depending on your location.

Can I dump my refrigerator or freezer in my trash can or dumpster?

No, we do not allow refrigerators or freezers to be dumped in any of our trash cans. The dump will not accept refrigerators and freezers. Please contact Nordic Refrigeration to dispose of refrigerators and freezers.

Can I dump anything in my garbage can or dumpster?

We do not allow oil, paint, or tires to be dumped in any can or dumpster. We do pick up grass, but please bag your grass before putting it in the trash can or dumpster.

What holidays will my trash not be collected?

McGree Trucking is not able to run on days the dump is closed. The dump is closed on: New Year's, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. When these holidays fall during weekdays, your collection day will be one day off of your regular day.

How do I pay my bill?

We are upgrading to a new automated billing platform. You will now be able to pay your bills through an emailed invoice. If you have any questions about automated billing, please start a chat, call, or email us!

What materials can I recycle?

We accept corrugated cardboard, aluminum cans, tin cans, newspaper, magazines, and plastic bottles #1 and #2.
